If PC's and CA merge, they figured that the last election, they would have won. Because of the split votes between the 2 parties would combine to beat out alot of Liberals. Now I am not saying they will make a major improvement, but just getting Liberals out of the majority government is good. Even a minority liberal would be a hell of alot better.
