Special Forces... Who Has It???

Ok Geordie now has BF2 Special Forces...

Just Wondering who else actualy has the expansion now...

I don't know if I want it or not. Is it really just an expansion to the original, like the Clan Pack in MW4 - or is it a completely different game (yes, I know you have to that orig BF2 to play it)? Do you have the ability to play on "normal" BF2 servers with the maps and kits we have today, or is everything new - including stats?

Any insight would be helpful to decide.

Also, what is the thoughts of other BF2 Chikens ... are any of you other birds considering BF2:Special Forces?

Its just an expansion...

You can play Normal or SF servers, Your stats stay the same, but on SF servers you get extra weapons and vehicles...

Its realy cool, id recomend it...

You can switch from original BF2 to SF and back. New weapons and new maps.

The Assault kit has some new rifles and flash bangs. Spec Ops has a new gun and a crossbow that fires a zip line. Support has new gun and can fire tear gas canisters. The Engineer has a new gun. The medic has a new gun and the Sniper has the zip line crossbow.

The new armies are SAS, SEALS, Spetsnatz, MEC insurgents, Chinese insurgents and a Rebel army.

I might be missing a couple things but overall the expansion is cool.

I got it a couple days ago, and yes, it's worth the $30. I like the new weps, especially the F2000 and both SCARs.
