Zonematch is the in game multiplayer browser.

its very simple to use full instructions can be had here

And just remember that MW4 is an old game so there are not that many playing it now.

what browser do u use, it does work better with IE6 although i havent even looked at MSN Zone for ages.

We all tend to use ZoneMatch the built in browser for games.

I really think u need to get Mercs since thats where we all are and will be able to give u more help

i use Mozilla Firefox. Yeah the i go to the MSN Game Zone place. but i usually try it on IE6 which i have.
